Quality Policy

Commitment to Quality is driven through our whole business at Helvic. The Quality Management System is defined by a Quality Policy Statement and Quality Management System (QMS) procedure to ensure that:

• All testing procedures adhere to the most stringent criteria
• Prompt accurate results are provided post testing
• A comprehensive investigation procedure for test failures
• Compliance with GMP requirements of the MHRA

We continually promote quality amongst our employees.

The quality policy and QMS is based on the principles of GMP including: documentation, personnel; quality control; equipment; premises; control of components; materials; processes control; laboratory control; acceptance criteria; labelling; reporting control; complaint handling; self- inspection; and record keeping.

Helvic Ltd has been audited by the MHRA for compliance with GMP regulations (2003/94/EC as they relate to QC laboratories).
